Understand what keeps you stuck. Grow deeper with God.

HeartFormed helps you see what’s beneath the struggles that keep coming back and discover how God brings lasting change by forming the heart, not just changing behavior.

You already know what you’re supposed to do.

You’ve probably known for years. The problem was never information. Somewhere beneath the behavior, an old pattern is still determining how you respond to fear, disappointment, and closeness. No amount of trying harder can touch it directly. That’s not a discipline problem. It’s the very thing God promised to change Himself.

“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you. I will remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.”Ezekiel 36:26

Most people recognize themselves in one of three patterns.

Tap the one that sounds most like you.

The Guarded Heart

Faith → Grace
“Is anything truly good or safe?”

You let people in, and then you watch. Waiting for the moment it goes wrong.

Walls up. You’ve learned that trust costs too much, so you keep people, and sometimes God, at arm’s length. You may serve faithfully and still rarely let anyone close.

Faith, the slow growth of trust, leads toward grace: receiving what you can’t earn.

The Conflicted Heart

Hope → Peace
“What if this doesn’t turn out okay?”

Some days you’re holding it all together by sheer effort. Other days you’re just tired of trying.

Pulled two ways. You want to believe, yet you brace for the worst, and rest never quite arrives.

Hope, a steady expectation of good, leads toward peace: a heart that can finally rest.

The Reserved Heart

Love → Belonging
“How close is too close?”

You hand people the parts of yourself that feel safe to give, and quietly keep the rest.

Present, but held back. You give a lot, yet let few people truly know you.

Love, given and received, leads toward belonging: being fully known and still welcomed.

I’m Jeff Sullo.

I spent over a decade as a licensed counselor telling people the right thing to do. Most of them already knew it. It rarely stuck, not because they didn’t care, but because something underneath the advice was still running the show.

That conviction shaped everything here, and it’s the backbone of a book I’ve spent the last few years writing.

More about Jeff

Your pattern isn’t the end of your story.

God isn’t finished with your heart. This is just the starting point for actually understanding what He’s already working to change.
